제목 | Optimization of Reflective Holographic PDLC Based on Polyurethane Acrylate(PUA) Structures |
초록 | The effects of polyurethane acrylate structure on reflective mode of HPDLC have been reported. Polyurethane acrylates(PUAs) are often used as versatile photocurable material because they can be prepared from a large, diverse range of raw materials. In our previous studies, we obtained high reflection efficiency and low grating shrinkage by modifying the molecular structure of rigid hard segment. Also, we found that the polymer molecular design plays a very important role in the HPDLC fabrication and strongly affects the performance of HPDLC. In this experiments, we controlled the structures of PUA by varying the types of long chain soft segment and used high functionality's reactive diluent(DPHPA(f=5)) to improve reflection efficiency. The morphology of holographic gratings is examined using atomic force microscopy(AFM) and electro-optic properties were mesured using a UV-visible spectroscopy. Real time measurements of grating fabrication have been obtained according to polyurethane acrylate structures. |
