Two-photon 3-D Micro/Nanofabrication with Organic, Inorganic and Metallic Components |
초록 |
In recent years, many studies of micro and nanoscale fabrication technology using two-photon polymerization (TPP) induced with a fs laser have been carried out . TPP has many advantages as a technique for the direct fabrication of complex three dimensional (3D) structures on a scale of several microns, which are difficult to obtain using conventional miniaturization technologies.Current research into TPP is investigating the fabrication of precise 3D microstructures by utilizing various methodologies and also photoactive reactants including organic, ceramic and metallic compounds for specific applications. In this presentation, the development through molecular engineering of highly efficient TPA materials that can be used for 3D microfabrications in the near infrared (NIR) regime, and also the development of various methods for improving the precision and efficiency of 3D microfabrications are reported. |
