| 초록 |
Chitosan is possible to apply diversity biomaterial field. But Chitosan is unsoluble for water so we make low molecular chitosan derivative that is good soluble for water. And we synthesized 6-amino-6-deoxy low molecular chitosan (LM6A6DC) and added 4-azido benzoyloxysuccinimde which is photo-reactivity group. This material is indurated about ultra-violet(UV). This material is nontoxic in vivo, and fixation of protein increases drug release time in the cell. This character is able to use multiple biomedical materials. |
