제목 Effect of Anti-solvent Treatments in One-step Low Temperature Processing of Planar (FAPbI3)1-x(MAPbBr3)x based Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 The selection of suitable anti-solvent is essential to synthesize perovskite films with controlled crystallinity and microstructural properties. In this work, we fabricated (FAPbI3)1-x(MAPbBr3)x based perovskite solar cells employing various anti-solvents, i.e. ethyl acetate, diethyl ether, chlorobenzene and toluene for the in-situ crystallization of perovskite film. The photovoltaic performances of PSCs are concisely studied with respect to the morphology and crystallinity changes of the perovskite films. Our findings demonstrate that different anti-solvents has led to different degrees of crystallinity and morphology in perovskite films. Ethyl acetate treated PSC exhibits the highest PCE, owing to improved optical absorption and lesser pin-holes in perovskite film. Our work herein embodies a facile, low-temperature solution route to fabricate efficient PSCs for future optoelectronic application.
