제목 Improved photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cells with blend films of poly(3-hexylthiophene) and an additive as hole transporting layers
초록 A 4,4’,4”-tris[phenyl(m-tolyl)amino]triphenylamine (m-MTDATA) was applied as an additive to hole-transporting P3HT [poly(3-hexylthiophene)] layers in perovskite solar cells (PeSCs). The addition of 0.5 wt% m-MTDATA to the P3HT layer led to an increased power conversion efficiency of 9.52%, due to an enhancement in the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and the fill factor, compared with that (8.76%) of the reference cell without the additive. The UV–visible absorption spectra, X-ray measurements, hole mobility studies and impedance spectroscopy revealed that m-MTDATA facilitated ordering of the P3HT chains, resulting in larger crystal size of P3HT, enhanced hole mobility and lower charge recombination.
