제목 Donor-Acceptor copolymer for narrow band red-selective Organic Photodiode
초록 A new donor−acceptor copolymer was synthesized for narrow band red-selective organic photodiode application. The copolymer revealed narrow band red-selective absorption peak at 670 nm with low full width at half-maximum value of 181 nm. In addition, a high coefficient of absorption (~105 cm-1) at the absorption maximum (λmax = 670 nm) enables promising charge separation within the depletion layer of Schottky OPDs, leading to high specific detectivity of 4.63 × 1012 Jones. Red-selective organic photodiodes (OPDs) were fabricated utilizing new donor−acceptor copolymer as a red absorbing donor material and ZnO as a non absorbing acceptor material.
