Gelation behaviors of polyacrylonitrile/dimethyl sulfoxide solution according to water content |
초록 |
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to be prepared in solution and then formed into gels by physical and chemical bonding. The thermoreversible gelation of PAN polymer may affect the properties and formation of the precursor fiber which may be dependent on the state of gelation, such as water content, temperature, and mechanical stress field. In this study, physicochemical properties of PAN/DMSO solution were investigated by examination of structural and rheological measurements. Structural measurements of the solution were confirmed by SAXS and zeta potential. Gelation behaviors and gel point temperature of the solution were studied by rheometer. |
