제목 Modified Synthesis method of Graphene Oxide(GO) and Synthesis hydrophilic Graphene Oxide with PEOs
초록 Graphene is a new carbonaceous material which can be synthesized by chemical or physical modification of graphite. In recent year, it has been well known that there are lots of graphite modification methods. In this study, to get poly(ethylene oxide)-surface-modified graphene oxide, new method will be suggested. Graphite was first intercalated by methylene blue, followed by Hummers’ process using sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and several oxidizing agents. This modification method provides a hydrophilic graphitic oxide. The graphitic oxide may be modified through the reaction with living alkoxide leading to generation of water soluble graphene oxide. Moreover, this method is expected to get simply nano-sized graphene sheet. In this presentation, we will report the preliminary results for synthesis of modified GO using polymeric alkoxide.
