Synthesis of poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(maleic hydrazide) and its reactivity to dox/fa/mtx/py |
초록 |
In this study, poly(ethylene oxide) -block- poly(N-phenylmaleimide) was synthesized by sequential monomer addition technique through living anionic polymerization. Deimidation of poly(ethylene oxide) -block- poly(N-phenylmaleimide) with changing the rection condition such as different ratio of HCl to hydrazine monohydrates and solvent gives various tautomer of poly(ethylene oxide) -block- poly(maleic hydrazide). Conjugation of drug such doxorubicin, methotrexate and fluorescence materials folic acid and 1-pyrenecarboxaldehyde to resulted block copolymer gives acid-sensitive hydrazone bond where conjugated drug is released out through acidic hydrolysis. In this presentation, we report the preliminary results for preparation of the ‘smart’ materials to be used in the drug delivery system. |
