제목 Preparation and Characterization of Thermosensitive Hydrogel with Biocompatible polymer as Adhesion Barrier
초록 Adhesive barrier agent have been employed after surgical procedures to prevent adhesion of tissue and organ. This study is that thermosensitive hydrogels were prepared using biopolymers. The thermosensitive hydrogels show high biocompatibility and sol-gel phase transition ranging from 31℃ to 37℃ as content of material. The results of SEM appeared that surface of hydrogels have a lot of porous. We measured mechanical properties of hydrogel using Rheometer COMPAC-100(Sun scientific). Also, Degradation rate is checked by incubating hydrogel in pH7.4 of PBS and all samples were incubated on a shaker set at 50rpm and 37℃.
