제목 | Anodic Metal Oxide Nanostructures and their Aplications |
초록 | Self-organized metal oxide nanostructures, such as nanotubes or pore arrays, have been attracted wide scientific and technological interest in the last few decades. The combination of unique geometry with nanoscale properties has made the superior physical properties which leads to higher efficiency for energy conversion devices. In order to form such promising structures, the most simple and efficient approach is the electrochemical anodization of a metal substrate. In this presentation the presenter give an overview of the latest results on metal oxide nanotubes and porous structures (particularly TiO2 nanotubes). We will discuss critical factors to grow highly aligned and high aspect ratio anodic TiO2 nanostructures and the morphological variation by anodization parameters and their advantage for applications. |
