제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Charged Poly (HEMA-MAETC) Micro-sized Beads via Electro-spraying Method by Photo-polymerization.
초록 In this work, polymeric hydrogel micro-sized hydrogel beads of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl trimethylammonium [poly (HEMA-MAETC)] were synthesized by the electro-spraying method with photo-polymerization. The various sized-hydrogel beads were successfully polymerized with narrow size distribution by control of the electro-spraying condition. Positive charged poly (HEMA-MAETC) beads showed enhanced water contents and cell affinities. Their swelling behavior and mechanical property were enhanced by addition of MAETC with positive charge. Their cell affinities were enhanced by electrostatic interaction between positive charged poly (HEMA-MAETC) beads and negative charged cells.
