제목 | 3D reconstruction of single particle in graphene liquid cell |
초록 | The 3D atomic structure influences the physical properties, which also affects catalytic activity or interaction with other components. Synthesized nanocrystals in solution are structurally inhomogeneous. Therefore, a method to analyze atomic structure of single particles is needed. In previous research, 3D structures of two different platinum nanoparticles freely rotating in a graphene liquid cell have been obtained by using in situ TEM and ab-initio 3D reconstruction algorithm which converts images of nanoparticles to 3D density map. In this study, we introduce 3D structures of platinum nanoparticles with improved spatial resolution. Signal to noise ratio and reconstruction algorithm have been improved significantly in the current study. Now, we can confirm that a population of individual particles have different morphologies with different internal structure. |
