제목 Adhesive and optical properties of UV curable resins according to types of polyurethane and composition of functional acrylate
초록 Various polyurethane (PU) were used to transfer Ag nano materials on PC films. Three commercial PU resins with strong adhesive strength, transparency and flexibility were used as transfer adhesives. In addition, functional acrylates were added to control viscosity and surface properties. Functional acrylates were used by mixing 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate with 2 vinyl groups and trimethylolpropane triacrylate with 3 vinyl groups at the ratio of 1:1. This functional acrylates were mixed into PU at 0-20%. The adhesive strength was measured using universal testing machine by curing adhesives between PC and PC film. The surface energy of cured adhesives increased as the input of functional acrylates increased. The adhesive strength of cured ones was the highest when the surface energy of cured ones is similar to that of PC film. The combination of PU and functional acrylate shows good functionalities with improved conductivity, transparency, and transfer efficiency of Ag nano materials.
