Porous solid is known to be useful to in many fields such as membrane, waveguide and catalyst. In my work, a very simple and quick approach was developed to fabricate the patterned porous material. The two processes of spheres packing and infiltration are completed under the action of the centrifugal force. Therefore, the whole period for the preparation of the porous pattern was remarkably reduced compared with the capillary technology. And the high-quality of porous pattern can be prepared using the centrifugation. |
