Thisstudyis to develop technologies for preparing cocrystals of insolubledrug agents to upgrade aqueous solubility, stability, dissolution rate and bioavailability. For this, cocrystallization technology for improving pharmaceutical drugs and developing the desired cocrystal product is developed. In this study, we will develop the technology of cocrystallization to obtain cocrystals with highly stable and highly purified materials, andperform thermodynamic study on cocrystal formation, process analytical technology for cocrystallization, nucleation/crystal growth, cocrystal design and the scale-up technology of cocrystal formation. |
