제목 | Effects ofSupersaturation and Solvent on Co-crystal formation |
초록 | Co-crystallization may improve physical and chemical properties such as solubility, stability, melting point, bioavailability, crystallinity and hydroscopicity. Pharmaceutical co-crystals are formed between a molecular or ionic API and a coformer, which is a solid under ambient conditions. In this study, wefocus onthe effects of Supersaturationand solvent on co-crystal formation. Co-crystal formed was analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). |
