Preparation and characterization of chitosan/poly ethylene oxide composite nanofiber by electrospinning |
| 초록 |
The biodegradable electrospun nanoribers were prepared as a drug delivery system using chitosan and poly ethylene oxide. With variation of ratio between chitosan and poly ethylene oxide, physical properties and drug release were investigated such as diameter, surface morphology and behavior of drug release. The surface morphology was investigated by using FE-SEM apparatus and their elemental analysis was carried out by using EDS. The behavior of drug release was examined by using UV spectrometer in terms of designed interval time. |
