| 초록 |
Spontaneous emulsification means that the formation of very small oil droplets in water phase happens without external mixing energy.Spontaneous emulsification of oil phase in water is of interest in the use of various products including emulsifiable concentrates of argriculcural chemicals, soluble oils for maching, and bath oils as well as in some methods of drug delivery. Spontaneous emusification behavior is studied in hydrocarbon/surfactant/cosurfactant systems with dynamic system and equilibrium system. |
