Hydrogel provides environment to cell and protein which prevent denaturation by its hydrophilic environment. By using this characteristic, hydrogel was widely used for protein, nucleotide, cell delivery and scaffold. In case of cell delivery with external stimuli, it is require micro size pore to perform. We use cyrogel method for synthesis macroporous hydrogel, produce micro size pore by frozen liquid crystals. Iron oxide nanoparticle used for modify external magnetic field sensitive property. In this study, Acrylamide and N,N'-methylenediacrylamide porous hydrogel was successfully synthesized and confirmed shrinks and expands under magnetic forces when iron oxide nanoparticles were introduced into the hydrogel. Before introducing RGD peptides for cell binding, UV observable monomer was introduced to expect RGD peptides rate. RGD peptide introduced magnetic field sensitive hydrogel expected to control release of loaded cell by magnetic field. |
