Efficient Solar Cells Based on Cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene and Phenanthrothiadiazole Moiety |
| 초록 |
These donor-acceptor conjugated polymers, PCPDTPTp and PCPDTPTm, were synthesized by palladium catalyzed Stille coupling reaction of cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene and phenanthro[9,10-c][1,2,5]thiadiazole. The spectra of the solid films show absorption bands with maximum peaks at 450, 550nm, respectively. Under white light illumination(AM1.5G,100mW/cm2), polymer:PCBM layers showed PCE of 1.80, 1.00%, respectively. |
