제목 Electrochemical Performances of Nanosized Fe3O4/Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes for Supercapacitor Using Sulfite Electrolyte Solutions
초록 In this study, Fe3O4 nanoparticles dispersed multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) for supercapacitor electrodes were synthesized and characterized in sulfite electrolyte solutions. Nano-Fe3O4 was deposited by chemical coprecipitation of Fe2+ and Fe3+ in the presence of MWNTs in alkaline solutions. The electrochemical performance of the Fe3O4/CNTs supercapacitor electrodes was tested by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. The results showed that the Fe3O4/MWNTs had a significantly greater specific capacitance than that of the pristine MWNTs in the same medium and could keep 82% of initial capacity over 500 cycles.
