제목 Study of Polymer Electrophosphorescent Light-emitting diode with various Ir complexes as guests
초록 Various phosphorescent molecules were blended into polymer host to check the possibility for polymer electrophosphorescent light emitting diode with high luminescence efficiency. Polymer host used for emissive layer was poly(vinylcarbazole), and Ir(ppy)2acac, Ir(ppy)3, Ir(PF-dpq)2acac, Ir(btp)2acac, Ir[(dpq)-5F]2acac, and Ir(pq)2acac were attempted as phosphorescent dopant molecules. Bathocuproine, aluminium quinoline, lithium quinoline were used as hole blocking layer, electron transporting layer, and electron injection layer, respectively. Vapor-deposited Al layer was used as a cathode. Photoluminescence spectrum, I-V-L characteristics and I-V characteristics under illumination will be presented and discussed.
