제목 Vivid Stretchable Light Emitting Device using Down-Conversion Perovskite Nanocomposite Color Conversion Layer
초록 Emerging soft electronics are mechanically stretchable and have pushing the boundaries of rigid devices. Among them, electroluminescence (EL) devices with superior mechanical compliance have inspired many applications such as stretchable display. These devices require narrow emission spectrum, high luminescence and good stretchability.  Stretchable light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) have been regarded potential alternative to OLEDs. For most organic emitters with wide emission spectrum (FWHM>40 nm) will restrict the implementation of vivid displays. This issue can be addressed by adoption of composites using perovskite nanaoparticle (FWHM~20 nm) as the color conversion layer. In this study, stretchable blue LECs are successfully integrated with perovskite nanocomposites color conversion layer (PeNPCC) with excellent thermal and water stability. The photophysical properties of PeNPCCs are measured by time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) and photoluminescence (PL).
