Separating L-mandelic acid from DL-Mandelic acid solution by L-phenylalanine |
| 초록 |
Nowadays the application of chiral molecules for pharmaceutical and agrochemical fields has motivated the scientist to develop the separating method of the pure enantiomer from racemate compound. Therefore L-mandelic acid was already separated from the DL-mandelic solution with L-phenylalanine by forming the diastereomeric salt. The resultant solid showed the composition with high enantiomer excess of L-mandelic. Herein, effect of ratio of L-phenylalanine and DL-mandelic acid; temperature; pH.…on the separation process of mandelic acid was also investigated. |
