| 제목 | Analysis of grid pattern formation in blade coating |
| 초록 | We have observed the gird pattern formation during a blade coating experiment, where a polymer solution flows through a gap between a blade and a moving substrate. The phenomenon has complex structure because the system involves evaporation of a solvent, transport of a polymer, and Marangoni effect. In the present study, we attempt to understand the mechanism behind the grid pattern formation using flow visualizations and theory. |
