제목 미스트 가공유의 제조 및 윤활특성
초록 MQL processing method to do metal cutting use compressed air and micro particle oil of them is studied. By the way, MQL processing system used mist oil's performance dropped. So, could not display enough performance of MQL processing system. Made new mist oil because use composition hydrocarbon fluid and polybasic acid ester by base oil, and ability admixture to improve these problem. Test viscosity, low temperature liquidity, stability of oxidation, copper corrosion, rust preventing performance, lubrication performance. Compared with vegetable oil, fatty acid ester, polyalphaolefin mist oil. As a result, could confirm that show better performance than existent mist oil because developed mist oil is excellent lubrication performance and low temperature fluidity and stability of oxidation are stable.
