제목 Preparation of receptor mediated PEG-PCL-PEG tri-block copolymer for targeted drug delivery
초록 Folate conjugated tri-block copolymer was prepared by coupling poly (ε-caprolactone) with poly (ethylene glycol) diamine. The tri-block copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR and GPC. Nanoparticles were prepared by nanoprecipitation method and about 60nm nanoparticles were obtained by laser scattering. Transmission electron microscopy image demonstrated that these nanoparticles were spherical in shape. The anti-cancer drug was encapsulated in the nanoparticle during preparation. Flow cytometry analysis and epi-fluorescence microscope image revealed that prepared particles exhibited good cellular uptake against cells on the surface. In vitro release behavior of drug from polymeric nanoparticles was investigated; the results showed that the drug release rate can be modulated by the variation of the copolymer composition.
