제목 MECHENISTIC INVESTIGATION OF NATURAL RUBBER AND BRASS-PLATED CORD ADHESION
초록 The adhesion between brass-plated steel cords and the rubber skim stock in tires plays a major role in determining the performance and the service life of tires, and also the incentive to replace resorcinol altogether from the rubber formulation comes from the health hazards associated with its use. So this study was undertaken to investigate the role of the newly developed environment- friendly adhesive PN760 on the adhesion properties between nature rubber and brass. The effects of PN760, HMMM, zinc oxide, epoxy natural rubber and PDM on the adhesion properties and mechanism of rubber-brass was studied.
