제목 Thermal conductivity improvement of PEEK/ZrO2 coated MWCNT nanocomposites
초록 In this study, to improve the thermal conductivity of MWCNT, The very high heat PEEK and MWCNT compounding after measuring the thermal conductivity zirconium dioxide (ZrO2 )coated MWCNT compound instead of not coated MWCNT. Compare ZrO2 coated MWCNT to not coated MWCNT for thermal conductivity. In addition, thermal conductivity measured by mixing Zr coated MWCNT instead of MWCNT, compare thermal conductivity of Zr coated MWCNT and MWCNT. Mix of PEEK and MWCNT use internal mixer of Brabender.Co. We use FE-SEM for CNT morphology, use TGA for thermal properties of nanocomposites, use DMA for thermal and mechanical properties of nanocomposites. And to measure the thermal conductivity of nanocomposites used MDSC. In addition, we use XRD for analysis composition of nanocomposites.
