제목 Synthesis of porous silicon by magnesiothermic reaction
초록 Silicon has a high theoretical specific capacity compare to graphite. However. large volume changes (>300%) on lithiation-delithiation of silicon during cycling can lead hard to adapt battery commercialization. To solve these problems, porous structure has been studied widely. Such porous structures can present large surface areas to liquid electrolytes and facilitate fast transport of Li ions for excellent rate properties and use as a buffer space. Among various methods to make porous silicon, magnesiothermic reaction can make porous silicon with low-cost and easily large-scale synthesis. We investigated the effect of porous structure compared to commercial silicon.
