In vitro study of β-TCP/PLGA composites prepared with Microwave Energy |
초록 |
A novel biodegradable β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP)/poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) composites were prepared by in situ polymerization with microwave energy. The bioactivity of the composites were studied by soaking the composites in simulated body fluid (SBF) for 4 weeks. The influence of the reaction conditions such as a weight ratio of β-TCP/PLGA and immersion time on the crystallinity, microstructure, molecular weight (Mw) and mechanical property for the synthesized composites were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), gel morphology chromatography (GPC), universal testing machine (UTM), and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). |
