제목 3-dimensional polymer DNA molecular net for selective capture and release of target biomolecules
초록 we propose polymer-based DNA hydrogel as ‘molecular net’ (PD-mn) for selective capture and releasing of target biomolecules (Scheme). We utilized (1)oligomer DNA which could capture the target complementary DNA (cDNA) selectively, and (2)DNA aptamer which could capture the target small molecules (ATP, adenosine triphosphate) by specific interaction. The target molecules, penetrated through the pore of PD-mn, were captured by DNA which conjugated with flexible polymer chain backbones of PD-nm, analyzed by fluorescence. The release of target molecules from PD-mn and reusability of PD-mn were also investigated. Furthermore the enzymatic reaction system as an application using PD-mn was demonstrated by capturing and releasing of essential molecules for the reaction
