제목 Highly stretchable, conductive Ag particle – Rubbery Polymer nanocomposites for stretchable electrodes
초록 Stretchable electrodes are key components of the wearable device. For wearable, deformable electronics, electrodes and other components should be stretchable, maintaining its own role. There have been many researches that try to mix conductive fillers with stretchable polymer matrixes to achieve conductivity and stretchability, simultaneously. In this work, we fabricated highly stretchable, conductive electrodes made of conductive particle – Polymer nanocomposites via screen printing methods. After simple heat treatments, we could achieve low resistance under high strain. To deeply understand our stretchable electrode’s conduction mechanism, we investigated resistance variation depending on conductive particle’s shape, different heat treatment. Additionally, to prove our electrode’s possibility for stretchable electronics, stretchable electrical circuit containing light emitting diode(LED) will be presented.
