제목 Synthesis of Iron Oxide microspheres and their lithium ion battery applications
초록 We prepared the spherical hematite (α-Fe2O3) microspheres with hollow and porous structure and confirmed their electrochemical properties as anode materials for LIBs. Fe metal precursors were formed in the sulfonated polystyrene(SPS) microspheres by wet chemical method. After heat treatment, the hollow and porous Fe2O3 microspheres consisting of interconnected Fe2O3 nanoparticles were obtained. The hollow and porous Fe2O3 composite electrodes show excellent cycling performance at various current rates due to their structures that mitigated the volume change problem.
