제목 Thermally stable and flame retardant low dielectric polymers based on cyclotriphosphazenes
초록 Thermally stable, flame retardant, and low dielectric polymers were prepared by thermal polymerization of cyclotriphosphazenes bearing acetylene or styrene groups. In the DSC study, the cyclotriphosphazene containing acetylene groups showed a sharp endotherm for melt transition at 200 oC, immediately followed by a strong exotherm due to inter- and intramolecular reactions of the acetylene groups. The styrene containing cyclotriphosphazene showed a sharp melt transition peak around 100 oC and a broad exothermic peak for the thermal reaction of styrene groups above 150 oC. The 5% weight loss temperatures of the cross-linked polymers measured by TGA, were above 470 oC. The polymers showed very low dielectric constant and dielectric loss values and excellent flame retardancy.
