Low temperature fabrication of dye-sensitized solar cells on ITO glass with TiO2 nanoparticle |
초록 |
Lately, almost dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) are made of Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coated glass. Because FTO coated glass has lower sheet resistance after heat treatment than indium tin oxide(ITO) coated glass. But it’s penetrability of light is pretty lower than ITO coated glass. And ITO coated glass has low sheet resistance under the low temperature(<300°C)situation. So DSSCs was fabricated at low temperature about 120°C on ITO coated glass. PT-1 was used as a counter electrode. We measured the photovoltaic characteristics of DSSC by Solar Simulator(CHF-CM-500W) and Bio-logic SAS(sp-150) for making I-V curve of DSSC. |
