In recent years, Air pollution is intensified by An increase in the energy consumption and a concentration of industry facilities. it is situation that many household waste containing air pollutant are abandoned into the ocean. Accordingly, the Marine Environment Act revised in 2013 bans ocean dumping of livestock and sewage sludge and Incineration is selected as a favorable solution. However, we can have expectation that input costs of incineration with injection of secondary fuel are inevitably considerable expensive due to the moisture of the fuel. As a result, waste heat arised from incineration must are used instead of auxiliary fuel to operate drying sludge facilities on a trial basis, but After drying, amount of various pollutants contained in the emissions exceed the regulation. For this purpose, we compared several catalysts(manganese, copper and metal-based catalysts) and developed oxidation catalysts having resistance for high temperature. |
