제목 Separation of Alcalase hydrolysate from Capsosiphon fulvescens by Hollow fiber
초록 In this study, separated of alcalase hydrolysate from Capsosiphon fulvescens by Hollow fiber cartridge(Start AXM cartridges, MWCO 3000, GE Heal thcare). The total carbohydrate of the below 3kDa fraction was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method at 490 nm. The amount of sulfate residues was determined by Loui's method using Na2SO4 as a standard. Uronic acid content was determined by the carbazole reaction using D-glucuronic acid as a standard. Protein was quantified by Bradford method. The viability levels of β-cell(Hamster pancreatic β-cell line, HIT-T15) were determined by MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay.
