제목 DNA-directed assembly of anisotropic colloids
초록 Colloidal suspensions offer ideal models for studying a wide array of fundamental phenomena in materials science and soft matter. Previously, we have reported a flexible and high-throughput approach that exploits the advantages of interference lithography and chemically amplified photoresists SU8 (a multifunctional epoxy derivative of a bisphenol-A novolac) to synthesize anisotropic functional colloidal particles. Here, we demonstrate the DNA-mediated crystallization of rod-like particles. We studied DNA-directed assembly in various salt concentrations and temperature conditions.
