Electroluminescent Properties of BAB derivatives in Solution Process OLEDs |

tBu-BAB and An-BAB were newly synthesized as BAB derivatives. t-butyl and anthracene group were used for preventing intermolecular packing. Three materials (BAB, tBu-BAB, and An-BAB) showed 451nm, 452nm, and 469nm in film state. Three materials as emitting material were applied to the emitting layer of OLED device using solution process. The current efficiency of the three OLED devices at 20 mA/cm2 is 0.59 cd/A (BAB), 0.84 cd/A (tBu-BAB) and 1.03 cd/A (An-BAB). |
