Bioactive polyaniline nanoparticles as nano-intraobserver for detection of reactive oxygen species in vitro |
초록 |
Recently, the interest in reactive oxygen species (ROS) originally revolved around the pathology associated with the deleterious effects such as inflammation and signal transduction: the necessary evil caused by the leakage from the electron transport chain in mitochondria. Therefore, intraobserver for detecting ROS is critical to both understanding the etiology of the disease and optimizing therapeutic interventions. Herein, we report the bioactive polyaniline nanoparticles as nano-intraobserver for detection of ROS. Polyaniline, a class of conducting polymers, renders the transition from an emeraldine salt (ES) state to an emeraldine base (EB) state exhibiting optical change under the excessive amount of ROS. As nano-intraobserver, we synthesized mPEG coated Cy7 (as a quencher) conjugated polyaniline nanoparticles that can accurately recognize intra-cellular ROS level by generation of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) signal due to the transition from ES to EB in vitro. |
