제목 Improvement of color purity in red organic light-emitting diodes using a new red fluorophore
초록 A new red fluorescent material, (2Z,2'Z)-3,3'-[4,4"-bis(dimethylamino)-1,1':4',1"-terphenyl-2',5'-diyl]bis[2-(4-cyanophenyl)acetonitrile] (ABCV-CP) for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) was synthesized to improve color purity. In order to obtain red light emission, emissive layer of device was fabricated by doping of ABCV-CP into the 2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene (MADN). Device using 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) as a hole blocking layer showed Commission Internationale de I’Eclairage (CIExy) coordinates of (0.602, 0.361) (2%) and (0.645, 0.346) (5%) and luminance of 1604 (2%) and 1045 (5%) cd/m2 at 100 mA/cm2, respectively.
