제목 Air-Stable Polymer Solar Cells with Titanium Suboxide Layer
초록 We report air stable polymer solar cells by using solution-process titanium suboxide (TiOx) as an encapsulation layer for readily degradable organic devices. Since the degradation of the performance of devices was strongly related to not only the weakness of conjugated polymer but corruption of metal electrodes, we retarded the contamination by introducing additional functional layer; TiOx, and obtained air stable polymer solar cells. Eventually, the stability enhanced 20 times represents its passivation for the polymer solar cells. Furthermore, its optical transparency and electrical properties can guarantee the synergetic performance in the polymer devices.
