| 제목 | Enhanced performance of organic photovoltaic cellsby introducing the high boiling point solvent in photoactive layer |
| 초록 | Solvent mixtureis used to improve the efficiency of organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs). In this study, we fabricated OPVswith solvent mixtureof high boiling point. As a result, the polymer chains have longer time to self-organize themselves. Therefore, the performance of the photovoltaic device was increased. In particular, the PCE of fabricated device was enhanced due to increased Jsc and FF. Moreover, the series resistance of device was decreased. |
