제목 Preparation and characterization of PMMA Organic-Inorganic hybrid particle by dispersion polymerization
초록 In this study, monodisperse micron-sized Poly(MMA-co-TMSPM) organic-inorganic hybrid particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization and the seeded sol-gel method. To incorporate the inorganic functionality, the emulsified tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) was swollen and the sol-gel process was conducted in the swollen seed particles. The morphology and size distribution were observed by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (EDX) was utilized to confirm the distribution of Si content. Finally, the optical property of the hybrid particles was investigated.
