In this study, core/shell type PMMA-core/Cu-shell hybrid conductive particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization, seed polymerization and electroless metal plating. In order to figure out optimal condition in which the thickness of Cu is maximized, the experiment was conducted with pH, reaction time and temperature as variables. PMMA/Cu hybrid particles were analyzed via SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope), EDS(Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy), PSA(Particle Size Analyzer). keywords : hybrid conductive particles, electroless plating |
