In this study, core/shell type PMMA-core/Cu-shell hybrid conductive particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization, seed polymerization and electroless metal plating. In order to figure out optimal condition for the coating of Cu, conditions such as reaction time and temperature were varied during the experiment. Moreover, the relationship between the thickness of Cu shell and the size of PMMA core particle was studied. PMMA/Cu hybrid particles were analyzed using SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope), EDS(Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy), PSA(Particle Size Analyzer). |
