제목 Effects of interface modification in organic-inorganic hybrid photovoltaic cells
초록 We have fabricated hybrid metal oxide/conjugated polymer photovoltaic devices using ZnO nanorod arrays as the electron-transport layer. However, so far these polymer-oxide hybrid devices do not achieve the same power conversion efficiencies as all OPVs. To imporve the power conversion efficiency of hybrid solar cells, we inserted the semiconductor with adequate energy band levels between ZnO and P3HT. The ZnO/polymer interface was modified by the semiconductor, leading to enhancement of performance in hybrid solar cells.
