제목 | Analysis of pore dimension of Zeolite Imidazole framework using Positron Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy |
초록 | Zeolite Imidazole Framework (ZIF) consisting of metal and imidazole group as a skeleton by chelating is a promising material applying for membranes, sensors, and microelectronic chips due to the well-defined pore size and adsorption properties such as high specific surface area. Its aperture pore size with a molecular dimension can be accurately controlled allowing it to be used for gas separation. General methods such as BET and ellipsometric porosimetry do not have enough accuracy to measure the size. Positron Annihilation Lifetime spectroscopy (PALs) is known as a powerful tool to analyze aperture pore size. In this study several ZIFs were synthesized and its pore dimension measured by PALs will be compared with literature values along with XRD, Raman, and BET analysis. Further,the pore dimension will be analyzed in terms of type of binders and concentration because pellet used for PALs measurement were prepared using binders. |
